Privacy.

The short version

If you give us your email address, we email you when there is a new episode. That is all we do with it. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything else, and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

Who we are

Talking Notes is a video and audio interview series run by Nick Robinson and Adam Hollier. For anything on this page, or to ask us to delete your details, email info@talkingnotes.co.uk and we will deal with it.

What we collect

Your email address, but only if you type it into the sign-up form yourself. We ask for nothing else. There is no account to create and no password to remember.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Who handles it

Email sign-ups are stored and sent by Kit (kit.com), an email service. Your address sits on their systems so we can send you the episodes. Their privacy policy covers how they hold it.

The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Video is embedded from YouTube, so when you press play, YouTube will set its own cookies and its policy applies to that. If you would rather it did not, watch on YouTube directly or just listen to the audio.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. Whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@talkingnotes.co.uk and we will sort it out. You will not need to explain why.

Every email we send has a working unsubscribe link. Using it removes you straight away.

Guests

Everyone interviewed on this show signs a release before their episode goes out, and knows what will be published. If you are a guest and want something revisited, talk to us.

Changes

If this page changes in any way that matters, we will say so in an email rather than quietly updating it.
